WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR ORGANIZATION

OPTIMIZING INTERNAL PROCESSES - IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF RELATIONSHIPS - BUILDING A PARTICIPATORY ENVIRONMENT

Who we are

Purpose

We exist to support organizations to take care of themselves, their (physical-digital) environments, and the people in them by facilitating collaborative practices and processes.

Vision

We want to improve the internal structures and processes of small and medium-sized organizations to have healthier and more resilient governance. We are concretely committed to making work more sustainable so that organizations and individuals can have economic, psychological, emotional and relational benefits.

Mission

We make use of tools and methodologies from process design and digital humanities, adopting a tailoring approach that integrates practices of observation, critical reflection and participatory experiences, including:

  • Observing, listening to and mapping the actors and dynamics present in the relational system inside and outside organizations;
  • Co-design workshop;
  • Participatory processes of governance and envisioning;
  • Formal practices that work on individual and collective sensitivity and awareness;
  • Design of functional structures and processes for organizations;
  • Data-driven reporting and restitution sessions.
